"I would give half of a star if I could.Honestly, everything was terrible,my appt was at 8:30am,I got in there at 8,by 8:15 all the paper work were done and I just needed to wait,I saw 3 or 4 patients that got there after me and were called before me,by 9:30 I was still waiting to see the doctor. They took more than a month to get back with my exam for immigration, and I bet you’re thinking that at least they called me and got back to me about it! Well no. I had to call, and for context before that a week and a half before I already called it asking about it and they said it wasn’t ready but I was “top in the list”,so i asked if would be possible for me to just go get it,instead of them mailing it for me (i said that would be faster since i really needed it),the secretary said I could do that and that she would write down on my file, and that they would call me once it was ready so I could go pick it up. After this call,I called it again a week and a half after it,just like it said. And first the secretary said it wasn’t ready, they were still working at it,and when I got mad about it and start to complaint more, she put me on hold and got back to me saying it was mailed! Wow,I said that I had called saying that I asked to go get it so would be faster, since I’m DESPERATE for it,and somehow they failed on doing this too,and then I started telling her how my lawyer said MULTIPLE times for me that they never saw taking this long, and that something was wrong, somehow after that she said that I could go get the paper in the office the same day after the call. Which just makes me think that the paper were over there all the time and I’m here trying to get and Waiting for it. Well, after all of this, after paying an absurd amount of money. I would never go back,I would never recommend for anyone, and if you’re reading this,I hope you think twice on going there. Specially for immigration exams! I understand it’s a small clinic, but the lack of commitment for the patients is insane. Edit w update: They said they mailed it but would make another envelop and bla bla. Funny that I never got the envelope mailed, that somehow was mailed when I called and first she said it wasn’t ready and after complaining was magically ready. Please just don’t spend money at this place"
"SCAM they are using misinformation and guidance to trick immigrants into paying for testing not needed! Do not go to this doctor or location."
"Very poorly run practice. Dr. Niziol himself is very nice, but his staff are awful. Dr. Niziol ordered me a cardiac monitor and stated he would be in touch with me once he gets my results. Results from these take a maximum of 3 weeks to be obtained, so when 3 weeks had passed and I never got a call from the office, I called them. The lady who answered told me she had no idea what I was talking about and they would call me back. Another week passed of me still having cardiac symptoms and no call from Dr. Niziol's office. I called a total of 6 times before finally speaking to someone who apologized and told me they couldn't believe I have had to wait this long, that they would figure it out and call me back. They called back later that day and informed me that Dr. Niziol still hadn't reviewed my results from the cardiac monitor (2 months after I removed the monitor), but that I could come pick up the results if I wanted to see them. I picked them up and asked the lady at the desk why I hadn't received a call when these results were in and she rudely said "No news is usually good news". When I got out to my car, I noticed that along with my monitor results, she had also given me paperwork for another patient with all of their information on it, which is a huge HIPAA violation. When I returned the other patients paperwork to the office, I informed her that violating HIPAA is very bad practice. She just laughed and took the papers back, like it was no big deal. It absolutely is a big deal, and my cardiac monitor results absolutely warranted a call from the doctor. Neglecting patients and violating HIPAA are two very bad qualities to have in any healthcare office."
"My wife needed an appointment for uscis immigration and they got her right in. They were very polite and explained things very well. We would never have met our time frame without them. Many thanks and highly recommended."
"His staff is extremely rude, short and unprofessional. I needed paperwork faxed over from them, and they never did it. I called and went there several times. I was denied unemployment because the staff just wouldn't fax the papers! He is a nice guy, but has to many patients, so he is in and out as fast as he can, leaving no time to ask questions that he seems to not want to answer. Wouldn't recommend his office. And as you can see by the responses to reviews, he could care less and has a nasty attitude."
