"Ordered flowers for a family member and I’m from out of town. Went on the website and realized they were closing at 3 PM and it was already noon. I spoke to Julianne and asked her if delivery was possible for that day and she said she would try, and that because it was local in Ridgeway, she could probably get them there. The flowers were gorgeous and she was great. Super customer service and just so nice to talk to you on the phone."
