"Great communication, unfortunately my product hasn't arrived yet. I ordered on or around 11/14/23 to include two day shipping. Once the order completed I noticed (shipping not guaranteed). To be fair DFD has refunded the two day shipping cost. A company of this magnitude should use or give a option at check-out to utilize FedEx or UPS. USPS absolutely sucks. There was no tracking available until the 18th in the USPS system. I live in Virginia. My package left their PA facility and went to Minnesota (the opposite direction). I just checked this morning the 22nd and it's in New Jersey. Lol Can't make this stuff up. I don't recommend using this company unless they change their shipping options."
