"Very rude people. When I called to get storage was told to call back next week, which would be October 1st and available. When I called on the 1st, was again told maybe in a couple days, he would call me back. No call back !! I called several times and given a story about maybe later. He was very rude and acted like they didn't need the business. I ended up going elsewhere. Probably don't deserve even 1 star, but I had to pick something."

I gave Tony my deposit and for over a month it was excuse after excuse then i never heard from him again."

"I am so sorry I didn't pay attention to last reviewer- I rented a 10 x 20 unit on 8/1/14 and was told he had to clean it out so I waited until 8/4/14 to start bring things there (with a friends borrowed pick-up) when we arrived the unit was filled floor to ceiling with junk, never cleaned out! now I've been paying for this unit storing someone else things, and not able to use it, of course the office was closed so had to wait until morning and was told I said I wasn't moving until the 7th so he waited to empty it! He said he would have it cleaned out in 2 hrs. when he eventually called back he said he couldn't clean it out because their dumpster was full but we could have another unit, by then our friend needed their pickup back so we had to empty the truck and wait until 8/6/14 when we picked up our moving truck, after wasting much precious time we totally filled this truck and got to the storage unit only to find out we couldn't get the truck anywhere near it and when we went in to check out the unit it was filthy!!! Needless to say, I asked for a refund which I have to wait until tomorrow for because the women that handles that isn't in today, so professional,NOT! Do not give this place your business unless you have a lot of time and money to waste."
