"Unresponsive. I bought a painting from The Benjamin Gallery via 1stdibs, but I never heard anything from them. Then, after several weeks of writing to them, they finally responded that they were having trouble locating the painting. They said they would get right back to me. It’s been three weeks and they haven’t returned any of my messages. 1stdibs has also tried contacting them with no response. I do not recommend purchasing anything from The Benjamin Gallery. Feels like a sham."
