"When I followed my app's instructions to call it directed me to the Kenmore branch, I was puzzled because I had previously worked at a different branch. Upon speaking with an employee named "Robert," who refused to give me his name despite me asking three times, I attempted to explain the issue I was experiencing. To my shock, Robert questioned my competence and rudely interrupted me, not allowing me to address my concern. He even went as far as reading job descriptions and dates that were not relevant to me, and then insulted my intelligence. I am left wondering why someone like Robert is still employed at this company."

"I went to a work site I was assigned to when I arrived I was ask for proof that I had been sent there and it was another guy the man turned his back against me and showed the guy the work assignment I had to figure out on my own let alone all non color and I was only color following me around to tell me I can go home cause I didn't report to her but I reported to the guy when we first arrived. With this being said that was a 45 min travel to only be there for 1hr 1/2 they were ganging up on me cussing harassing me for personal reasons later that day I was rejected from working. Another time I went to assignment during storm bills STADIUM the man was throwing the items out the room at workers like we're trash but the lil woman did address him about it. Went to a work site cleaning debris construction they denied me due to my size understanding but equal opportunity employment for this company so not true (even if they respond it's not sincere.)"

"The staff is extremely condescending and unhelpful. To the point where i can't get the money I worked for. They seriously need to get a new staff or something. Their attitudes are terrible. I wonder why they're so angry when I'm the one who can't get paid for the work I've done due to incompetence on their end? This location is pitiful."
