"3 years later I’m still waiting for a copy of the violations in my apartment that only a part was done not using a contractor for repairs it was a DIY job by property manager. He doesn’t follow up on the violations yet tenants are asked to wait but the rent isn’t... they must do better! Kenmore municipal A City Government office that does nothing but hurt its citizens, no follow up only pay ups! 2019-2023 still no copy of the violations in my apartment and repairs still needing repair."
