Reviews
"Beautiful mass and welcoming feeling."
"They had a flea market that was well organized and very fair prices. Friendly vendors, free parking and admission."
"I found St. Mary of the Lake to be a very warm, friendly and welcoming parish much as I remembered it 20 years ago. It feels "right" to be returning there where my 2 sons graduated 8th grade. It is a very family oriented church with many activities to involve those of all ages yet always very Holy and God oriented-- thankful of His works and sacrifices made for us. Fr. Ted is wonderful--approachable, easy to talk to and always willing to listen. He is very "upbeat", outgoing and always smiling. You can tell from his whole demeanor that he loves his parish-the people, his chosen vocation and most especially God!"
"Had a great day at their annual carnival. My kids loved the bucket (not joking) of mini glaze donuts with sprinkles. We had to play "I got it", of course, but we one and picked an Olaf backpack for my twins. We quickly realized we needed to get another one & quick, so back we went. Lucky we won again. They had nice raffle inside ( my f-i-l won as usual). I would have liked to have their polish dinner which is on Saturday night, but they run out if you don't get there early & who wants to eat dinner so early. Besides carnival, they have nice playground. The gardens that you can walk around are also quite nice and peaceful."
"A very nice place. Priest doing funeral mass was very nice and welcoming. The only Issue I had was the acoustics and amplification system were lousy. The vocalist was drowned out by the piano and both the priest and 2 other speakers were hard to hear."
