"I have been there a lot of times for paperwork and have always appreciated the good work the staff is doing. Keep it up!"
"The lesson you give me that day was amazing thank you. Before going to my Appointment I already had my attitude setup because of what I hear about you but you surprised me with your attitude commitment and good customer service thank you for everything I really appreciate it."
"I have had a great experience at the Consulat General du Burkina Faso. The service was impeccable. Very nice staff especially Mr. Yannick. I appreciate all your hard work and service. I will completely recommend."
"Good morning everybody. I hope everyone is well doing. I'm giving this review to show all my appreciation. I was extremely happy the way I was treated the other day when I visited the consulate of Burkina Faso in New York. They was very professional and so welcoming. I don't really know everyone's name who works at the consulate, but they was all fantastic. I got all my papers done in about half hour after I stepped in. Thanks to you all especially Mr RAPADEMNABA. GOD BE with you all."
"Very poor customer service like everyone mentioned. They will open late and close earlier, hence not respective of their hours of service. Also, the lady that answers the phone does not speak any English at all, this is a consulate for God’s sake, not everyone speaks perfect French, so English my be a must! Even the Embassy of the U.S in Burkina speaks both English and French. The Consular Card is just a plain piece of folded paper with your photo glued to it along with your names, DOB and address (unprofessional). This is despicable! I am more than 100000% disappointed! Even when your passport comes, they will never call or leave a voicemail or send you a text or email saying that it arrives. Communication is very poor and these people spend their own time trying to fix their own personal issues on the phone in their languages and make you stand and wait unnecessarily. I wonder if they truly deserve their posts! It’s best to hire graduate students instead of putting the wives of their higher authorities with zero common sense and knowledge!"
