"Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my driveway. When it downpoured the night after I had the driveway resealed, I was worried I'd be charged. When I called, Webster's obliged me, waited for a nice day and came back, sealed it again, and only charged me once. (I thought it was extremely affordable, too.) Cheryl, especially, in the office was kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you!"

"We went from a cracked concrete driveway to a beautiful asphalt driveway. We couldn’t be happier. The driveway is a slope and there are no puddles anywhere! Be patient, Webster Paving is heavily booked. Understandably, given the quality of the work they do. Their work is worth the wait."

"Be sure to be very clear with these folks. They will do the job poorly and not completely and then blame it on you for not knowing every part of the process and all of equipment they use. Said they would repair my crumbling driveway and then said, oh no you said seal it so we didn't fix anything. 1100 dollars for them to spray paint my driveway black and leave all the crumbling. Thanks! Then when they got on the phone with them to clear it up they yelled at me for asking questions. Would give zero stars."

"We hired Websters to put in a new asphalt driveway (costing us over $7,000). They removed the old driveway over 4 weeks ago and they have not been back and they have not communicated with us regarding any delays (We've called them but they never initiated any of the communication). We were told we were in the first group but it was never communicated to us as a customer that a delay had occurred and that the time table for paving was changed. Since then weather and erosion undid the grading they did. I just called Bonnie (one of the owners) and was fed excuse after excuse. When I asked if they could communicate delays, she stated that was too much an expectation because they have over 100 customers. They make the customer feel like a jerk in expecting communication and a reasonable time table. I feel the need to apologize to Webster for paying them to complete their job. So to the owners of Webster, I am truly sorry that asking you to complete your job in a reasonable timeframe is too much an expectation. Might I suggest that you limit the contracts that you take to 1 contract a month? That would definitely help ease the workload. I will never use them again."

"Requested an estimate and after almost a week, they never sent me the quote. I called and asked them to e-mail me the estimate and they never sent it to me. If they cannot even prepare and send me a timely estimate, how can I expect a reliable job to be performed? Will never use them since they are unresponsive and unprofessional."
