"We were looking for a shed for a while. Our contractor recommended NY Shed Co. His other client in EQ got a studio shed from them and praised the quality of the structure. We went to look at some options and liked what we saw. They had many modern looking sheds that were much nicer than the other sheds we had seen on the market. We met with Giovanni and Jose and they were knowledgeable and very helpful in guiding us to choose the best option for our needs. We didn’t feel like it was just a sales pitch and we did not feel pressured to buy anything. After we made our selection, they even painted our shed the same color as our house and worked with our timeline for delivery and installation. They ensured that the delivery was smooth and that nothing on our property got damaged. When our neighbors saw the shed, they praised its quality and modern look. We are very happy with our experience with NY Shed Co, not only for their customer service but also for the quality of their product. Highly recommend them."

"Be aware, that the owners will provide terrible customer service and just take your money and not complete the job. You can reach out to me directly for more info. Unfortunately, we had to take this approach and make complaints with the Best Business Bureau and courts. Thankfully, I have pictures of everything. We were SCAMMED! All they had to do was to pick the phone and give us a plan on how they want or can complete the job for anytime for the last few months... but even that they refuse to do. Stay AWAY for your own good."

"For several months now, we have been waiting to have our shed completed, and we paid most of it. Huge mistake as we trusted them. Unfortunately, the experience has been horrible, (no answer from anyone).. just being completely ignored... We do not get any answer back from the owners or employees, even being extremely patient and driving to their location which is out of the way for us. I then realized they were just lying to me. This has been going on for almost 4 months. Now and cant even get them to answer the phone anymore. Their product is trash and their customer service is even worse. Look elsewhere."
