Pete always did what he said he was doing to do and is extremely conscientious. He also saves the client money whenever he has a less expensive but equally good option. One hears horror stories about how contractors disappear toward the end of the project when they are only owed a minimal amount of money. Not Pete! In addition to being extremely responsive and responsible about the punch list, he is remains available if something comes up months after the project is completed.
