"Peter is by far one of the worst contractors I have ever met in in my entire life. My GC hired him as a part of a major home renovation last winter. His job was to install a 3 ft trench foundation with cinder blocks on top for a new wall, as well as pour a concrete pad for our new side entry door. He has basic knowledge of concrete work but his execution is amatuer at best. My GC had to call him to come back several times as he was unable to align the cinder blocks properly. In addition, he dumped concrete in our dumpster although he was EXPLICITLY told not do so, as it is illegal and will lead to fines. Peter also dumped leftover concrete on the side of my house and backyard instead of disposing it properly. This shows complete disrespect to the customer. I am still finding patches of leftover concrete in my backyard as of August. He went out of his way to try and hide it. I initially called him to come clean up his mess and he ignored me. My GC had to contact Peter's father in order for him to come clean up the mess he dumped all over my property. Peter also called angrily asking why there was a bank hold on my check after I paid him, which demonstrates a lack of basic banking knowledge, almost as if he never deposited a personal check before. Peter inherited this company from a very reputable outfit named Sager Concrete, which has a good reputation and has done great work over the years. Peter has since changed the name to PVM and is running the business into the ground with his poor quality of work and disrespect towards customers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs."

"I used PVM to clear out some excessive overgrowth and stumps, rip out an existing lawn, grade the area and spread 20 yards of topsoil and 15 yards of woodchips. Peter and his helper did a GREAT job and got the area looking perfect. I did a good amount of sifting before I found PVM but glad i went with him. The job was done on time and his prices were very reasonable.Would recommend him to others without hesitation."

Was probably way harder than he expected yet he got it done in two days of brutally hard work. He is a very hard working and determined young man who gets it done. Left the site broom clean. I could not more highly recommend him."
