"Unique Builders recently renovated our kitchen, and they did a fabulous job. James was great to work with, very professional and super responsive. He answered all of our (repeated) questions and made sure we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. He is honest, patient, and super helpful. If we ever had a concern or needed his advice, he was always there. One thing we loved was that he was at the job site at the start of every day to go over with us and his workers what was getting done that day. All of his crews were also great, very kind and honest. They got the job done quickly and kept everything clean and orderly throughout the project. We also appreciated the ‘pay as you go’ payment schedule. It was nice to stagger those and only pay as the work was being completed. You hear so many horror stories of people paying upfront for the work, and the contractor never shows up again or starts the project doesn’t finish it. We absolutely love our kitchen and plan to work with James again in the future for our next renovation. (We already have some fun ideas for the bathroom!)
