"Complete fumble of an easy job. Sub contractors are sub par as well as employees. No over sight at all due to having two jobs going and only focusing on the larger job. Do not get me wrong I've seen his work before and he does do good work but just make sure if he has multiple jobs that you are the bigger one or he is just going to send his guys and not really over see the job. Very unfortunate that this occured but it did. The details are what's lacking and when you grow up in the industry you see all of them. Never calls to let you know what is going on or when guys will be showing up to work. Everything is unforseen and requires a change order."
