"The Asfours’ family-owned Imperial Development company was highly recommended by a long-time friend and what a wonderful recommendation it was. All the challenges of major home construction, especially with the unique, modern, exquisite design plans we had, were met head on and solved with a smile. Our HVAC vendor suggested some tests and that we may have to open one of our walls – new walls to locate a possible Freon leak! We called Mike Jr. who said “don’t do anything, I’ll be over in thirty minutes, with my A/C guy” – in spite of the construction phase of the project being completed. The problem was identified and fixed within an hour without opening any wall. This is just one example of many that the Asfours family certainly goes above and beyond standard GCs efforts. "After outgrowing our home with two growing kids, we decided to expand and renovate our house in Commack. We hired Imperial last year after hearing great things about them. This project was a major renovation lasting about 6 months and included building a new addition (with new master, new master bath, and two walk-in closets), plus re-designing and renovating virtually every existing room in the house as well as a new roof, new floors, new windows, front portico, etc. From the beginning, the entire team at Imperial was great to deal with and made us comfortable with every decision we had to make.
