"Looks like nothing has changed in almost 15 years. I feel for the other reviewers, thankfully I just had my siding and windows done! He tried to pushing me into brick face, but I started getting a bad feeling, so I pushed back. The workers were nice enough, but we’re not the best at cleaning up their mess, and clearly can’t tell time. Steve’s a really nice guy UNTIL he’s got the money, so I hope you don’t need to get in touch with him (though chances are you will), because you’ll need all the luck in the world to reach him. When you do finally get him, the attitude is piss poor at best. My advice is don’t go with any business owned or affiliated with Stephen Bohlen."

"I hired extreme home construction in 2017 to complete a siding project on my home, install a new window and have the gutters replaced. Since then in 2018 I had to have them come back since the siding melted on one side of the house. However since then in the past two years I have called and left messages because the window they installed in my kitchen has been leaking they do not respond to my out reach and now I called the number and it’s disconnected. So much for standing behind your products."

"I was totally pleased with the workmanship & efficiency demonstrated by Extreme. The siding was done as promised in the least amount of time possible. I checked other contractors & found that their prices were reasonavble, especially since they did not take any shortcuts just to get the job done & the cleanup was immaculate. "We met with Steve and he is very nice and walked us through all of our changes we wanted to make. Celeste is an angel she is always positive and responds to any questions immediately. All of the workers were good but late and like the owner you couldn't get an accurate time they would arrive one day I called Steve Bolin and he responded by yelling at me and hanging up . His wife Celrst got him out Of that one. Billy the plumber was so nice in the beginning but once our fire pit was in nobody including Billy Celeste or Billy's worker Steve who came here after Billy had come and said he would contact the manufacturer he ever answered our calls.We recommended Extreme Homes to a friend who also used them and complained about them always being late. Imagine our embarrassment I would definitely notdo business with them again. I am so angry I'm about to print out fliers and hang out by his business and hand them out letting everyone know that once they have money in hand they are done with you oh yeah that's the one time they were on time was to show up for a check for money. Sad unbelievable and sad. Once the work and us begging and arguing was done the work looked good. Customer service sucked beyond belief. We bought lunch for the guys and tipped them. Never again. "I personally spoke with Steve (the owner) and left him my information for an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Neither he or anyone from his office called me back to schedule an appointment. After a week of not hearing from them I made the call to them and was even an appointment for an in home consultation at 9am. Took off from work and waited till 10am before I reached out to them for an ETA. I spoke with some guy who picked up and explained that he was currently with a customer and was running late. So unprofessional!!!! Not even a courtesy call to tell me he was running late. At that point I was just frustrated with this company. I told him to not bother coming to my home. I'm sure glad I didn't continue with them because I can forecast further problems with them. Thanks for completely wasting my time."
