"I recently had a commercial paving project completed by Advanced Site Contractors. I was required to obtain three bids for the job as per our company policy. Paul from Advanced was the first to come and look at the job, within hours I received a detailed written proposal, and by that afternoon it was followed up with a phone call and offer to re-walk the site to explain every detail. The second contractor came a week later, and I never heard back from the third, Advanced was awarded the contract.
