"We had two bathrooms and a kitchen remodeled in our rental apartment of our brownstone. We also had stairs replaced and a small porch added. We have had nothing but trouble. And now we are not getting any response from ANK General. Our shower is leaking because the drain wasn't installed right. This weekend, the entire paint started peeling off the wall in the other bathroom. The stairs were never stained or sealed. Had to have someone else do that. There are gaps in the porch cover that now creates water pooling. The entire project was rushed and the finish work is terrible. I do not recommend them for historic homes. They are responsive initially, but not after they get paid. We have a mess on our hands and are now having to hire someone to fix the issues correctly. So disappointing."
