"Amazing company, amazing owner!"

"I gave them a $125,000 renovation for a two family. They finished 6 months over the estimated timeline, consistently only bringing 2 workers over to do a complete gut renovation on a 1800 square foot house! This cost me thousands of dollars in lost rent. The plumbing was installed incorrectly, had to get a new plumber out and open walls back up. One of two heating zones doesn’t work and I have to get another HVAC company to come out and fix a brand new system. There is paint on every single floor including the porch, looks terrible. They cured the hard wood floors with paint all over them, can’t get it off without sanding them down again now. The grouting work is all brown. They left mounds of trash in my back yard for months and effectively destroyed that part of the yard. They missed small parts of roofing that I only found to be incomplete after they left. I could go on and on. The owner did not pay his subcontractors on time/if at all - I had subcontractors calling me to step in and see if they could get their money. The owner is a nice guy, but his standards are extremely poor, promised to clean and fix everything and did nothing. Started to take a week to hear back from him. Had to cut losses and get new people in. Costing me thousands. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
