"I had a complete roof installation in August 2020. It rained around 2-weeks after the roof job in Aug 2020, and my roof leaked immediately. Everyday that it rains and snow water leaks from my ceiling. Up to this day, January 2021, my roof (all four skylights, ceiling around skylights and ceiling in bedroom) still leaks. The leaking is worst now than prior to getting a complete roof installation by J&K Construction Co. The snow and or rain water has now made my ceiling start to crack and peel. My house was in immaculate condition prior to all of this. Even when it does not rain, water is dripping between the cracking of my ceiling. I guess the water absorbs and settles. I am requesting a refund and have contacted MIKE several times without a response. He just blatantly ignores my messages. Roofing is not his specialty and he should remove himself from this business. All I need is my money returned so that I could go to a professional and fix the problem he worsened. I implore all consumers to NEVER use J&K Construction Co. These are few pictures from water leaking on ceiling dated since Aug 2020 to recently, 1/2021."
