"Beware! Prince will take his profits and abandon the job. We hired Prince for various tasks in building our new home. However, he would only complete some of the work, request payment from the bank, and then leave our home vulnerable to the elements. Due to his negligence, our roof leaked because he improperly connected the roof drain with a rubber hose, causing water damage to our new hardwood floors across three levels. Additionally, Prince disregarded our contract by removing items paid for upfront by the bank. He even went as far as forging my signature on a bank draw, leaving us in the dark regarding communication with the bank. Our account manager discovered his unauthorized use of our signature.
