"My neighbor recommended Thomas James Roofing as she had extensive work done on her home and was overwhelmingly satisfied. A friend of hers recommended this company. We had seen the workers working on our neighbors home and observed that they were timely, neat, organized, focused and friendly (shout out to Hector). We inquired about our own possible roofing issue due to a perpetual ceiling leak on the top floor. We had received several estimates over some time but were not confident moving ahead with the information given from those companies which included 2 well-advertised companies. Along comes Thomas James Roofing Company and from the get-go we felt confident that this is the company to work with. The issues and the process necessary to fix the leak and update the roof were explained. Once we received the estimate and the work was on its way, we were relieved that finally all will be resolved at an affordable rate (these jobs are expensive but this was a fair estimate). In addition, this is a family owned business which we liked and it appears that they take on one or two jobs at a time - as a TEAM in order to complete the job in a timely manner. It felt that we were being taken care of during the entire process and Thomas James and Son visited and communicated each day of the job. There was an issue with some siding on the roof which was not part of the original contract but Thomas James took care of the issue at the company's expense (close to $1000). Several neighbors have inquired whether we were satisfied with Thomas James Company and we have given an overwhelming thumbs up! "Thomas James Roofing is a small family-owned business (father & son) that has a very well-deserved A+ rating from the BBB. A friend highly recommended Thomas James so we contacted them that Thursday, they came to assess the roof on Saturday afternoon (convenient for us) and gave us a very fair price along with a 10 year guarantee for their work. We agreed to the offer and didn’t even contact the other 2 roofers we had planned to get estimates from. Early Monday morning their workers were loading material on the roof.
