"We are new to Hoboken and needed a complete washer/dryer hook-up installed in the apartment we recently purchased. First, he showed up when he said he would (on-time and with a positive attitude). He carefully assessed the task at hand and to truly understand the dynamic of our project tore in to one of the walls (which, to my surprise, they repaired immediately –better than it was before) to make sure they proposed the best, easiest and most cost-effective solution for our project. Other companies gave us a song and dance on how they would have tear up walls and demo the adjacent bathroom in order to get the job done.
