"I was put in touch with Best and Co after I had to fire my previous general contractor for their poor work. I wish I could have hired Best and Co from the beginning. It would have saved me money, time, and frustration! Among many things I needed to get done so my apartment was move-in ready, I REALLY needed my doors shaved because they wouldn't open on top of my rug (and getting a different rug was out of the question given it was non-refundable, custom, and very expensive). I had Sebastian come with his assistant and I had no idea someone could work so quickly, efficiently, and professionally all at once. I had 6 doors shaved within 2 hours. I was AMAZED! Best and Co really sets the bar high for professional general contractors. I emphasize professional because after going through apartment renovations for over a year, I've had my share of awful general contractor professionalism...or lack thereof. Best and Co isn't your typical 'rough-around-the-edges'. They're definitely more expensive than your average general contractor, but if I ever have to go through apartment renovations again, I absolutely would go to Best and Co and know I was spending my money well."
