"I am giving LINE Construction Group 3 stars because after 3 months and counting, I'm finally leaving negative feedback on this business. I was supposed to get the front molding arch of my roof matched to the pre-existing color of green. This was the last order of business to be completed for the roofing job. I was assured over and over that someone would come and finish the work left remaining, but 3 plus months later still it is undone. I have paid in full and have not received the completed work agreed upon. This is totally unacceptable for something so very small left to have completed. The initial roof replacement work was done and completed timely fashion and to my satisfaction but the remaining finishing work in regards to the molding was seemingly forgotten about upon them receiving payment. (Update) Upon making mention of needing additional work done on 6/29/24 and that a lackluster review would be made in regards the remaining work to be completed, I was assured that following Tuesday the remaining would be completed. Since then no follow up contact has been made to rectify this issue. Now I must pay another company for a portion of work that was already paid to them. Perhaps the money paid wasn't green enough for them to keep their word to completion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IF THEY EXPECT A NON-PROBLEMATIC EXPERIENCE WITH ONLY PARTIAL WORK COMPLETED!!!!!"

"Was eager to get a quote for some work I need done. Found the company on Instagram. Had a scheduled day for estimate no call no show. Rescheduled and was told I'd have an estimate later that evening. It's been over a week. Skeptical about paying a large amount of money to a company that seems to busy to respond back to potential customers."

"UNPROFESSIONAL! My landlord hired this company to do a job in my apartment and what should have been a 1 day project turned into 3. I work 12 hour shifts at night in the hospital and was made to wait several hours for them to arrive each day. The first day they were told to come at 9, they did not show up until almost 11. They came and left and did not return until after 1230. The guy worked until a little after 2 and then left. The next day he was supposed to return again at 9. He didn’t show up until about 1030. I checked my ring camera and saw he was outside in the truck at 8 and sat in the truck until 1030 instead of coming to the house at the agreed time of 9. I had to leave at 12 so the job got extended to the next day. Yet again it was agreed they would show up at 9. At 1030 he was no where to be found. Contacted company and was told he’d come at 12. He didn’t show up until after 230!! He worked for 1 hour and said he was done. I waited 5 hours for him and he only worked 1 hour. If they had come on time from day 1 the job would have been completed sooner and I wouldn’t have had to lose hours of precious sleep waiting around."

"Line construction group is the new plastic surgeon of construction. These guys are very professional and punctuate with time. I hired them to do my backyard and I was highly pleased with the outcome. My backyard was a complete disaster but thanks to these guys I am able to make use of my backyard and enjoy it with my family. Mostly important they are trust worthy, customer friendly, and very reasonable with their prices. The owner is very passionate about his work and go above and beyond to bring your vision to light."
