"Work came in materially over the estimated price. Original issue was not fixed and a new issue was created. Contractor did not stand by the work and the work was done shoddily. Strongly recommend that anyone who needs a general contractor go elsewhere. EDIT: since replies are not directly allowed, the contract for the deal was with our building's property manager, so the below response is disingenuous - the contractor knows who we are and I stand by the review."
