"They are fraudsters and they over promised and under provided. I'm left with junk that I have to fix and still unfinished projects to complete, after spending thousands. Also beware of contract companies that try to tack on more projects to keep additional moneys coming in. That is a sign of poor project management and misappropriation of funds. It's a form of a ponzi scheme to bring in more money to pay for work not completed and if you don't fall for it they disappear, which is what happened to me. I'm left with a mess to start over with new contractors. SHAME ON YOU!"

"I have to say that I had a top notch experience from Golden Ladder. Golden Ladder literally did a Houdini and turn and my basement into something very beautiful. My wife and I needed more space and we wanted to take advantage of what the basement could offer. Our basement was a creepy thing that nobody wanted to experience, if possible. Doing laundry was it. In and out of that old dank place. I was able to collaborate with Golden Ladder in the design and vision. This is what I like most this company as there were very attentive to my suggestions as the project unfolded. If I saw a design that I wanted to implement, Golden Ladder worked with me to make it happen. The bathroom is spacious and well crafted. Our bathroom downstairs is actually bigger than the one we have upstairs. I am very satisfied with the work. I know my house value just went. I highly recommend Golden Ladder."
