"It'd be nice if you'd answer your phone.. I've called 5 times over 2 days and have gotten no answer and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message."

"No problems and was open even though maps said it was closed. It was a Friday and there was no wait. I told the black lady that wearing rubber gloves would drive me crazy. She said the gloves are for germs. Our mail went smooth and we told each other to have a good day. I saw all the bad reviews and that just wasn't my experience. I will include hours in the photos."

"I live in Oneonta and these morons sent my package to Rochester (2.5 hours further from me) when it was supposed to be delivered days ago. I don't know who's doing whet here but you guys clearly struggle with geography because this happens every time I'm unlucky enough to have a package brought to the Bing post office. If this is the standard then I'm in the wrong profession because USPS must be the easiest repercussion free job in the world"

"Apparently a DEI ((didn't earn it) hiring workplace. Where ability to do the job means nothing. And the color of your skin or sexual orientation is everything. From effective customer service at the front desk to actually getting the mail addressed to you , everything is a hit or miss and none of the workers really care about serving the customers effectively"

"Shaniqua (clerk at front desk) is a disgrace to the company. What I witnessed today standing in line was unacceptable. She was very rude to a difficult customer even threatening the lady. Never have I seen such wild behavior from anyone on the clock. Very very poor life skills. Will go to a different location to send out packages. 03/19/2024"
