"Quote I received was rediculously high. A basic 1200 square foot ranch for $174k on my lot that I already own. And this quote does not even include the well and septic! In the middle of the Poconos? Really???? These builders forgot where they are. I wanted to get out of Jersey to escape the high cost of real estate but at this price I may as well stay in Jersey. Good luck!"
