Reviews
"Everything the other reviews say is true. They trick you into joining what they claim is free rewards and turns out to be a paid membership that is a paint in the rear to cancel, and even when you cancel it the magazines keep coming. FYE should be ashamed of this predatory program."
"Yep. Its true. They say the subscription is free but if you don’t read the fine print its gonna end up costing you money. Don’t shop here they don’t care about the customers the company is so money hungry its genuinely sad. The guy we had check us out also was wasting our time… not a good experience. 0/5."
"Your store employee is signing people up saying it's a free store membership even though its 11.99/month. You guys should be ashamed. Telling someone who is unaware they were signed up for a re-accuring program that they can't have their money back, even though they never wanted or used the program. Not only that but the "free" magazine subscription she makes you sign up for isn't exactly free. After a month, they charge you around $14 per magazine they made you sign up for and she makes you sign up for 3. The only way to cancel is by contacting the magazine site and spend at least 15 minutes on the phone with them. I will no longer be shopping at your store in the future, and neither will friends or family."
"It’s true wha everyone is saying here! Came here to shop for christmas gifts last year and they told me to sign up for their rewards program to get discount off on my purchase and it’s “free”. Now most reward programs are free right. Nope. Didn’t realize until 3 months later that $11.99 was being charged since January. I disputed ALL my charges and got the money back from my bank. I’ve also unsubscribed and emailed customer service to deactivate my account. These are some lying workers. Like do you get commission when you sign people up? so ridiculous. never shopping here again"
"They sign you up for a paid subscription if you use a credit card and provide your email address for receipt. The cashier says it's a free reward card to use in store with no fees. Once you're signed up, they bill you $11.99 after 1 month and then fight you to cancel! They have been scamming people this way for years if you research this, going back over 7 years."
