"Zach is a genuine person of good character. Through the few years I've known him...he has always had a good manner and tries his best to satisfy your needs. If you have any needs with your HVAC system(s)...he will find a solution and work with you. His rates are compliant and very comparable to other companies in our area. The only issues any customer may encounter is that of keeping a track record of communicated completion dates for bigger jobs...requiring more your communing efforts on revisits of completion(s) and/or progress. He's a busy man. Though I have found this company's invoices as inefficient via: part numbers, warranties, actual work dates/times, receipts, and follow up progress reports...as a smaller company they are good to their audible word and will get it done right. I've often had to keep in mind...smaller companies as this appear to be lacking available access to parts that most larger companies do not. I've also had to keep in mind, smaller companies get pre-occupied with other customers for reason of being smaller and on greater demand. Hence, if you want something done yesterday...you can go with a bigger company and pay a little more. This...unfortunately, is what we had to do concerning the bigger job we are now facing. Therefore, having had to change horses in midstream...we are now distressed on losing Zach's business...and the presence of his honest character. This has now become a burned bridge, I did not desire. In sum of it all...if you're looking for a good personal experience, with word as a bond, Zach is the go to man. His integrity outweighs my perceptions of his being inefficient...and his perception of us being disloyal via our own mishaps in changing horses midstream. Thus, Zach's integrity will require your patience...but, it's eventually worth it...having a loyal, modest, person you can trust into your home."
