"Met with John the first week in July to discuss our garage plans. We had full architectural drawings so there wasn't much on that end for him to do. We really liked him and told him we would like to move forward with them. He told us he would get back to us with a more concrete estimate in a couple of weeks. Didn't hear anything in July. E mailed the company using the e mail on their website. Didn't hear back. Didn't hear anything in August. E mailed the company once again. Also called. No returned phone call, no e mail back. Finally heard from them in September and he called me at my work number. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of weeks. E mailed and called in October. Nothing. E mailed and called in November. Nothing. E mailed and called in December. Nothing. Finally e mailed in January to let them know we were going with a different contractor and that we would like the plans THAT WE PAID FOR back from him. Again, nothing. Is it too much to ask a contractor that you are about to pay 60K+ to for a job to return a phone call or e mail?"
