"Very good customer service.. I bought some paint from them that I had not bought in years and it turned out not to match the older version. Turns out SW doesn't reformulate their colors very often but the DO do it every decade or so and I just happened to get caught in the transition. They were VERY helpful and replaced the unusable gallon with a gallon created directly from a wall sample. Very friendly and helpful staff."
