"Got behind one of these company trucks on my way to Niagara falls and a huge rock flew off the truck NOT THE ROAD and smashed my windshield. Not a chip I mean smashed. I tried calling the owner who in turn told me to basically screw off and call my insurance company. Well my insurance company told me if it came off the truck then the company has insurance for those sort of things. I called the owner again and was willing to settle to just pay my $100 deducible instead of the entire amount for the windshield and was told in 35 years he has never paid for a windshield and never will. Wow nice way to deal with damages caused by your truck . This won't be the end of it and I hope you enjoy paying the entire amount instead of the deductible."
