"The company did what was asked. They dried up my basement water problem by created another problem. They created an endless water problem. My system pumps the water out and it drains back to the foundation and leaches back to the drain tile they installed. They did not use common sense when placing the sump pump drain. They never asked where to pump the water out. If they had my pump would not run every25 minutes. Now it’s going to cost me more money to have the discharge pointed 90 degrees so the water can follow the natural down hill away from the foundation. One would think spending $24,000 they would do the job correctly. I guess this puts me in the not satisfied customer classification"

"Experience began at estimate. Appreciate the intent to do the work right, dig on exterior, use large drainage PVC and provide legitimate customer testimonials (old school sale). Locktight crew was very polite and easy to be around. I had a large amount of supplies in my basement and they were helpful in moving items to center so to access basement perimeter tile. There was some phone tag in order to set a date for work to begin. I’d recommend some form of SMS or digital (email) communication to coordinate this (list of things to do to prep). Didn’t appreciate the hassle and lack-of patience from Locktight to receive payment (check due at estimate decision, work start and work finish). All things considered they finished ahead of schedule. I took a few photos and plan to follow guidance of applying a masonry paint sixty days after the work was finished. A+ on cleanliness A+ on flexibility of workers B- in urgency of payment *attached photo is from day 1*"

"LockTight is the best. They were the only company who addressed water that can come up in the basement, as WELL as exterior water concerns, for the complete package of a fully waterproofed, dry basement with interior and exterior pipes and a brand new sump pump to handle everything. I’m the kind of guy who usually cleans up each day after the crew leaves whenever we hire a company to do work, and shakes his head when they don't treat his house like their own, but these guys were PERFECT. First, we had anxiety about such a major project taking place in our home. Well, they explained how to prepare for them, as well as the entire process, including what they'd be doing, when they'd be doing it, and why they'd be doing it. Secondly, we worried about noise, dust, etc. Other than some jackhammer work, this was a hardworking, quiet crew. Minimal dust, minimal noise. They left the garden soil neatly back in place, they hosed the walls and basement floor down, and they washed the stairs and hall floor EVERY day, after removing the adhesive protective floor covering they put down. Obviously they couldn't do a final hose-down of the driveway, as the temps dipped to freezing, and that was no biggie. Understandable. The best and most surprising part? After ONE day, you could walk down to the basement, and all you could smell is laundry soap and the lingering scent of pvc pipe primer and glue from the sump line installation. ZERO funky basement smell!!! Bone-dry! I'm seriously amazed. (I waited a few YEARS to post this to be sure their work held up, and I can say with 100% confidence that it does, and they’ve been readily available on the two occasions when I had questions after the work was done.). We now have a beautiful finished basement, with zero concerns about water ruining anything. Thanks Tony, Tom, and the whole crew!"

"Ok here is the only review you need...first of all this place is not cheap. What they are however is fair and reasonable pricing for quality and outstanding services. So if you're looking for bargain basement deals or if you are looking to get something for nothing go somewhere else. The process started with Tony , who is an owner , coming to my house and laying out a detailed plan of new drainage that we were interested in installing. He gave me a price and justified the price by explaining the work that needed to be done. So for those reviews that said this company is overpriced, they obviously don't know what they are talking about. I checked Tony's estimate with one of his competitors. The estimates were within dollars of each other. So unless his competitor had a crystal ball, Tony's estimate was fair and reasonable. On the day of the big event, Lock tight sent in an army of 8 hardworking men. This army was led by Foreman Don. Don re-explained what they were about to do, just to make sure we were all on the same page before the work started. This was a two day job. At the end of the job, you could hardly tell that drainage had been installed. The grass was placed back and landscaped as much as humanly possible. We provided lunch for the crew on both days. The men were professional and courteous. You can tell by talking to them that they take pride in their work and they knew what the hell they were doing. I read the negative reviews and I find it extremely hard to believe any of them. Tony doesn't strike me as the kind of guy to allow a reasonable customer to walk away unhappy. I would highly recommend this company for any of the services that they provide. This is the one time that I can truthfully say that you get what you pay for. "My brother and my son both used Locktight and were more then pleased with their work so they referred them to me for a new bubbler system. Everything went very smooth from the sales person to all the hard working men that did the job. The entire crew was very nice, personable and respectful. When they finished the job, you couldn't even tell they dug up my front lawn. The grass was put perfectly into place and not one piece of dirt on the lawn. Everything is working perfectly and have had no issues at all! This company and it's employees are truly amazing and I wouldn't use anyone else.
