"Out of the nearly half million I spent on my home the foundation is the best part. I truly have nothing to worry about there. As far as anything else be prepared for cheap material and a slap dash job. These people will take your money and run. Once your house of straw is up they'll just wash their hands of you. Do yourself a favor and shop around."

The building process is not without stress and you can run into a lot of unknown extra costs when you upgrade but they are very clear on what’s included and what the upgrade prices are. Gary and mike are just great. Rod is an absolute angel to work with and what can you say about Scott except he’s the man. They will build you a quality and beautiful home. Highly recommend."

"I inquired about a new build and the owners were nice enough to sit down and discuss things after a month of what seemed like begging. At my appointment, not much of any information/assistance provided in regards to floor plans. I was shown a total of two blueprints... I was left to find a floor plan online with my own resources and once I did, the price I was quoted was $100k more than what we had discussed as a budget. I then asked again for help with a new floor plan and I never heard from the builder again. The houses they build look nice and I have a friend that is happy with his new build. The process of booking an appointment and then receiving a quote took 3 months, and then I was told there is no guarantee on price. I understand things are a bit crazy with post-covid supply shortages and instability with the economy, but this process took far too long and I was presented barely any options at all and I had money ready to spend. If you're looking for any sort of answers in a timely fashion or assistance building a floor plan, this is not your company. I am still waiting for a response from my email to them in early May, it is now two days away from August (I actually already found what I am looking for, just disappointing with their lack of response."

"This is a second home we had Rosal homes build for us. We were very pleased both times we built. Gary DiMateo and staff are very helpful and gracious. They know how to build homes! I also love the sense of community that is incorporated in both of the communities we built in. We built our first home 24 years ago and then downsized to a ranch one year ago!! Building a home is a huge undertaking. One must have patience, fortitude, and have a clear picture of the end product. Confidence in your builder is a must! Remember Rome was not built in a day! Highly recommend them!!!"
