"STR – Southern Tier Residential – the work and workers are phenomenal. About 5 years ago I listed my house for sale, with no offers. Recurring feedback was they liked the house, but the floors are sloped or the floors are slanted, or tilted. I took the house off the market and did some cosmetic repairs but over the next few years the floors continued to drop dramatically. I started my search to get the sinking floors corrected. I made many calls and a few people came out to take a look. No one wanted to go in the crawl space or take on the work. I was striking out trying to find any help. Then I found the website for Southern Tier Residential strstructuralsolutions.com. Looking over the site, this sounded like the type of work I thought I needed. I called and made an appointment for Lenny to come out, investigate and provide an estimate. Right from the start I knew this was a knowledgeable and trustworthy person. It was a big job as the floor joists and main beam needed replaced. A new structurally sound and level floor was provided. The entire crew was reliable and hardworking throughout. The process was fascinating to watch week by week and I was kept up to date real time, especially with any safety concerns, during the project. Lenny also worked with me to provide skilled tradesmen to provide added upgrades to plumbing, electricity, HVAC, and finishes to turn my house into a safe, updated and structurally strong home. Whether your needs are small or large, I strongly recommend Len Zygula and his company."
