"Looking at a previous post about price listings. It's true! This store does not honor any listings of any sort. I called this specific store in regards to a used item. I was informed that the image was incorrect. Looks like accountability does not exist at this location. The reason I wanted to purchase that used gear was due to the great price being listed. The employee's need to pay much more attention when posting and advertising used gear online. Use the correct image with the correct information of that product. Or at least own up to the mistake and compensate. False advertisement!"

"Poor customer service at Monroeville PA store went in to purchase a Harbinger LV7 and sale sign was still up with a price of $64.99, and it rang up as $89.99, so I informed the associate the sign was still up and tells me it doesn't matter, then I said may I show the sign he said yes but it won't matter. The associate goes over to the sign with me, then says sorry then rips the sign down and doesn't honor the sale sign. That was wrong, it wasn't my fault I noticed the sign it should be honored."
