They were very professional, and responsive to questions. Their office communicated well with us through the scheduling process. They were even able to reduce our final cost and give us credit for some of initial estimate because the work required less hours to do the repairs. We will recommend them to anyone for this type of work."

Everything was excellent from the initial consultation, the scheduling of the appointment and finally the installation. Everyone was friendly, they were thorough in explaining the options and the process. The installation team of Richard Graves Jr. and James Parker III were excellent. They worked very well together and didn’t mind me asking questions while explaining the process as they were working through the installation. "I had an amazing experience with Woodford Bros.! First off the consultation was super clear, the guy came out and assessed the problem and offered us a few possible solutions at different price points. My husband and I made our selection, and the crew showed up at the scheduled day and time. Our crew was lead by Foreman Zach Redfield, and Co-Foreman Dom Grossi. We have a 1890 Greek revival home that was abandoned for about 25 years before we started working on it about 2 years ago. So it wasn’t an easy basement to fortify. But they did an amazing job with a buckling foundation wall and I swear the entire floor of the house feels more solid! They were friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. We are very thankful!"

"I was very pleased working with the Woodford Bros. on my basement waterproofing project. Everyone on staff that I interacted with was wonderful! Taylor was friendly when I set up the appointment for the estimate. Joe Reeder was my Design Specialist. Joe was very informative during my estimate and listened to my concerns. He stayed in contact with me during the process and was able to explain options to me and was helpful when my plans were updated. Kat and Macey, from the office, also kept me informed and up to date when there was a slight change in the schedule. Kat also arranged for the public utilities to be marked prior to the start date. I cannot say enough great things about the fantastic work crew who handled my project! Despite a delay in starting, due to the weather, these 4 very hardworking men finished the project on time! I definitely need to give special kudos to Foreman Zach Redfield, Co-Foreman Dom Grossi, along with Installers Frank Coss and Service Technician Bradley Bruhn. They were all so pleasant, enthusiastic, extremely respectful of me and my home and great about explaining to me when a slight change needed to be made to accomplish the task. They were always happy when I would go to the basement to check on the progress. They were all so very proud of the work they do and have a terrific work ethic. They are exemplary representatives for the Woodford Bros. Zach Redfield was in touch with me about their arrival and was great when going over the plan for the day. They were on time to my house (and stayed late to make up for the weather delay), and very polite and energetic during the entire project. They were very informative when showing me all of the parts of my project which included : the WaterGuard drain system, CleanSpace Wall System, TripleSafe sump pump, SoakAway drywell system, adding a dedicated electrical outlet and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and air purifier. I look forward to this crew coming back to install a basement window for me! I would most definitely hire Woodford Bros. again, especially with the caliber of employees that they have on their staff!
