"I bought a soprano saxophone online and it was in need of extensive repairs when I got it. I called my usual shop and they said it would be a month before they could look at it, and then probably another 2-3 weeks to fix it, depending on what was wrong. This was much longer than I wanted to wait, so I asked around and quite a few people recommended Mark Salzman. I dropped my soprano off on a Wednesday afternoon, and had it back in my hands in perfect playing condition the next Tuesday. And the price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of work that needed done. Highly recommend!!"

He is reasonably priced and I've bought 2 horns from him in the past that both play wonderfully, and didn't cost that much. If I need to buy another horn Mark is the first person I call since he repairs them himself and doesn't ask that much money for them. He is also a really nice guy if all that wasn't enough.
