"Lisa came out to assess the water damage very quickly, however after that, I have had radio silence from Lisa and the entire company for over 2 weeks after multiple attempts to contact them. She had said she would arrange to have people come out to begin treatment and repairs for water damage the next day after the assessment, but now she has not returned any of my calls or texts, and neither has the rest of the company. Unresponsive, unprofessional. Ended up using a different company."

"The wonderful folks at CNY Fire repaired our facility after a small kitchen fire and we could not be happier. As an organization providing critical services for those in need- our kitchen HAS to stay open and operating. Carmen, Jeff and the crew worked closely with us to ensure our operations weren't impacted- working after hours into the night and finishing the project ahead of schedule so we could open up bright and early the next morning to serve breakfast. We could not be happier with the end results- they were skilled, professional and efficient. While they were here, we also had an issue with a freezer not working and they stopped what they were doing to help move food to a working unit so we didn't lose any product- above and beyond."
