"Owner very organized, great crew with skills. Got to us pretty quick to start project and returned ASAP. Would recommend. Thank you AJ!"
"Morgia Masonry review July 2021 revised patio estimate confirmed, and check issued for one-half of project ($10,314); seems steep to get on a schedule. I was told October 2021 completion but for sure by year end 2021. I contacted Morgia Masonry in November; Rachel said the work will not be done in 2021, should begin in spring 2022. You must talk to Rachel or leave message for Rachel; Mr. Morgia does not talk to customers even when he has the customers cash. No explanation for delays no apologies. I contacted them in March to inquire project timing; Rachel indicated April 2022. Recontacted them in early April, response was May, “getting close to project start but unable to commit to project; need to re-price the project because prices for everything have gone up substantially since then”. I suppose if the project is delayed long enough the cost structure would change. Perhaps the price of rocks went up? Concrete shortage? I told Rachel I needed a firm start and completion date before proceeding. Rachel said this was unreasonable so eventually my $10,314 was returned in May 2022 after Morgia held my deposit for the better part of a year (without interest of course). Sorry no excuses for COVID or supply chain. If you want to do business with them pony up the cash up front and don’t expect a project date you can count on and don’t expect any communication with the owner after the initial on-site visit to quote the job. Sad."
