"I was referred to Mike to change the strings on an old Washburn electric guitar. The strings hadn't been changed in many years. Mike quoted me $20 over the phone. I brought the guitar in and Mike spent about an hour cleaning up the guitar and restoring it to its former glory days. After going the extra mile and also changing the strings, Mike didn't charge me any more money than he originally quoted me, and the guitar looked and played great.
