"We got my daughter's flute here a couple of years ago. The staff have always been very friendly, professional and helpful. My only complaint is the day that instrument repairs are picked up and dropped off. Fridays. Which are terrible for marching band kids during football season. Other than that, they have been amazing."

"Had some problems with a guitar I purchased from them. Had it back in the store 3 times for the so called tech to fix the issues. He claimed he did but the problem is still there. Will never give them business again and strongly urge others to be very leary of having any work performed at their store. If I could have given them zero stars I would. Had issues with them years ago but was assured by the new owner that would never happen again. He obviously didn't mean what he said. Totally unsatisfactory customer service."
