"I have been commimg to a few of the levs locations and for years now hands down the nicest staff .Everyone takes time to explaim things talks to ypu .I have purchased and pawned as well as had repairs done always the staff is the best even if its not what you want to hear they guid you .For example I loved a ring so much but it did not fit it would have neexed sized 5 times bigger honestly The staff member knew me well enough to say ,homny the rimg is not for you and sje was right on top i have several with that same princess cut so I did not need another .I just made another purchase today .This time I was im search of a wrap for my diamond ring .And when I foumd ome It was 2 sizes to small but the person behind scences that does all the hard work once agaim went above and beyond to make them look like they were made as a pair .I thank you all of you And including pictures from todays custom sizing and I will comtinue to come here for my purchases and repairs .They do not just do jewlery they jave everything from tools to antique clocks coins bikes guitars you name it they have it clothing and shoes too .But Thankyou !!!! And I reccomend anyone to come here for your repair needs I have used bigger name stored paid thousands for promg work only for it to be needed re done .I come here and have rings still 20 years latter holding strong they also fix broken clasps too .It does not matter if its gold or for sentimential reasons a 5 dollar item I had had fixed before and to this day the necklace has never broken again ! So Again I thankyou all of you and locations for your servisces and everything you do .I will remain a customer always ! "Every time I come to this store the two gentlemen at the counter have always been the utmost polite, honest, an accommodating that I have encountered at a Levs pawn shop here in Columbus. I have never bought or pawned anything and received it back in bad condition as I have other stores. If buying, you will receive a quality item without issues, and when pawning they make sure to preserve the condition and value of your items. I bought a Nintendo 2DS not too long ago and it ran like the day it was made! I would highly recommend stopping by, they have a large variety of items and it’s a store any paying customer can appreciate and respect! I recommend this store out of any other pawn store under the Lev’s name in the area, or any other pawn store in the area for that matter!"

"Would rather tell you your jewelry is fake than to admit they don't want to buy your piece. Even when presented with receipts and a ticket of authenticity. Told them that Zales wouldn't sell me a fake watch especially for $7500. And their reply, "tHeReS a FiRsT tImE fOr EvErYtHiNg." Clown."
