"This company is awesome. Jim and Dawn are very compassionate and always concerned with there patients. They go out of their way to make sure the patient taken care of. The 2 ladies that come to my moms take wonderful care of her. Last week moms blood pressure was up pretty high and her worker would not leave until her family got there. Dawn also reached out to me about it and then called again a few days later to check on her.. So if your looking for a company that cares about your loved ones call Twin Oaks.."

"Family owned and operated. Jim and Dawn are exceptional people. Their office staff is efficient and caring. The caregivers are patient, enjoy working with the elderly and most are hard workers. Their job can be mentally and physically exhausting. I appreciate that the same 2 or 3 caregivers are assigned to a client and this gives the feel of being a part of the family. My father would not be able to live in his home without them. Twin Oaks has managed to have a caregiver come to the house for all emergencies when my father's wife goes to hospital or last minute doctor appointments. I live 4 hours away from Uniontown and consider Twin Oaks "the village" that allows my father's wishes to live at home with his wife be fulfilled."

"From day one this company failed. They made promises that they could not keep. The owner himself was all talk and could not back up his words. I am to receive 43 hours of care per week. If one of their caregivers didn't show up I was left on my own. I had to cancel many appointments with specialists compromising my health. Twin Oaks doesn't even deserve one star!"
