"We have used Modern Home Contractors twice and have been happy both times. The first time was for a kitchen remodel with the opening of a wall and the addition of ceiling fans and recessed lighting. This affected 3 rooms and added a much more open concept to our 50+ year old house. The second was a bathroom remodel. Having never done such remodelling before, it was very helpful to us that Vince guided us through the decisions that needed to be made. He also took our ideas and incorporated them into our remodels. The work took a little time, but nothing felt rushed or dragged out. Areas were properly sealed off to prevent dust and particles from going where they were not wanted. The crew were friendly and informative and were more than willing to explain what they were doing. Their work involved electrical, plumbing and cabinet moving. Our home has the open feel we were looking for and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. We have discussed future projects with them, and would definitely recommend Modern Home Contractors to others."
