"Beware before you sign! They are polite until you start to ask questions like "where's the detailed materials list" when what the handed you was a materials list with only a bottom line $ amount! No break down whatsoever. Then your told that if u want that information you can go to Lowe's to get it & that he, Mr. Eric Barden doesn't need your business. Of course by this stage of the game he already has your non-refundable $2500.00 deposit. Who knows, maybe he deals much better with bigger deals than ours, a small addition, or non-senior customers, we are both in our 70s."
