"What an awful person. This man is a serial liar. He says that all of our condition issues are personal preference and marketing of our home and do not affect the value. He ignored our purchase price and our appraisal. He continuously treated us like we were young, inept, unintelligent people. He referred to me as Miss Mathematician. Constant attacking from the moment our meeting started. He said that as long as our house isn't falling over, he wouldn't consider the evidence that we brought.
